HPE (Hewlett Packard Enterprise) הודיעה על מינוייה של ענת קליין-וינטר לתפקיד מנכ”לית HPE ישראל.
במסגרת תפקידה תוביל קליין-וינטר את פעילותה העסקית של HPE בישראל ובכלל זה הובלת הקשר של HPE עם לקוחות, שותפים וארגונים ממשלתיים בישראל. קליין-וינטר תפעל להוציא לפועל את האסטרטגיה וסדרי העדיפויות של החברה תוך התאמה לשוק המקומי. היא תפעל להביא לצמיחת החברה והגדלת שביעות רצון הלקוחות והשותפים. קליין-וינטר תפעל במקביל ובסינרגיה עם מרכז המו”פ המקומי של HPE (המבוסס על רכישת החברות הישראליות Axis security ו-Zerto).
קליין-וינטר הצטרפה ל-HP לפני 28 שנים כרואת חשבון מוסמכת בצוות הכספים של החברה וקודמה בתוך HP ו-HPE לתפקידים בכירים בחברה בתחום הניהול הפיננסי. בין תפקידיה שימשה כמנהלת הכספים של ישראל ומדינות נוספות. בחמש השנים האחרונות הובילה את אסטרטגיית המכירות, התכנון והתפעול העסקי, שכללה הוצאה לפועל של אסטרטגיית מכירות, תכנון מכירות ותהליכי בינה עסקית להשגת יעדים עסקיים.
קליין וינטר היא בעלת תואר ראשון בכלכלה וחשבונאות, MBA במנהל עסקים מאוניברסיטת בר אילן, בעלת רישיון רואה חשבון ובעלת תעודת דירקטורים ונושאי משרה בכירים בתאגידים מאוניברסיטת תל אביב (בית הספר לניהול קולר).

קליין-וינטר מחליפה בתפקיד את אורי ברגמן, שכיהן כמנכ”ל HPE ישראל מאז 2015.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise appoints Anat Klein-Winter as the new Managing Director for Israel
Tel-Aviv, Israel – XX January 2024 – Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) announced that Anat Klein-Winter has been appointed as Managing Director for HPE Israel.
In her new role, Anat will be responsible for leading HPE Business in Israel. Anat will oversee HPE’s relationships with customers, partners and government organisations. Anat will execute the company strategy & priorities in alignment with the local market, driving growth and maintaining high levels of customer and partner satisfaction. Anat will be operating in parallel and in synergy with the local HPE’s R&D Center (known as Axis security and Zerto).
Anat joined HP 28 years ago as a certified public accountant in the finance team and promoted within HP, and HPE to perform senior finance roles in Controllership and as a Finance manager of Israel and cluster of countries. In the past five years, Anat led the Sales Go-To- Market Strategy & Planning and business operation, that included execution of sales strategy, sales planning, business intelligence & governance processes to achieve business goals. She drove transformational activities while working closely with sales, Business Units and Support Functions with a strong teamwork and great collaboration with her counterparts. Anat holds bachelor of Economic & Accounting, MBA in Business Administration from Bar Ilan university, certified public accountant license and has a Certificate of Directors and senior officers of corporations from Tel Aviv University (Coller School of Management). She is Marries with 4 children.
